Craft Jeweler provides a 1-year craftsmanship warranty covering eligible manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. If you believe your jewelry has a craftsmanship-related issue, please contact us and our team will review the item to determine the appropriate solution.

Complimentary Minor Repairs

We provide complimentary minor repairs within the first year for eligible jewelry. Coverage is determined based on the condition of the piece and the nature of the repair required.

Lifetime Aftercare

Beyond the first year, Craft Jeweler offers lifetime aftercare services to help you maintain your jewelry over time. Depending on the service required, aftercare may be complimentary or available for a service fee. Our team will assess the jewelry and advise you before any paid service is performed.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches and gradual changes to the finish.
  
• Accidental damage, impact, improper use, or damage caused by improper care.
  
• Loss, theft, or loss of stones resulting from accidental damage or wear.
  
• Damage resulting from repairs, resizing, modification, or other work performed by an unauthorized third party.
  
• Natural changes associated with regular wear, such as platinum patina or gradual rhodium-plating wear.
