Can I Request Changes to This Design?
Yes. Selected details such as the gemstone, precious metal, size, and certain setting elements may be customized. For more extensive design changes or a completely original piece, please use our Custom Jewelry service.

Absolutely. You can select lab grown diamonds, rubies, sapphires, emeralds, Alexandrite, and more, along with 14K/18K gold or platinum 950. Every detail is tailored to your preferences.
What Warranty Do You Provide for Made-to-Order and Custom Jewelry?
Yes. Craft Jeweler provides a 1-year craftsmanship warranty covering eligible manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. We also offer complimentary minor repairs within the first year and lifetime aftercare support for your jewelry. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, loss or theft, and unauthorized repairs or modifications are not covered. Warranty eligibility is determined following inspection by our team.
