Worldwide Shipping

Craft Jeweler ships worldwide. Order processing or production time varies by product type and is separate from shipping transit time.

Estimated delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, severe weather, local holidays, or incorrect or incomplete shipping information. International customs clearance time is not included in our estimated shipping transit times.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Order Processing Time
Processing time depends on the product type and availability:

• Ready-to-Ship Jewelry: 1–2 business days.
• Made-to-Order Jewelry: Typically 10–15 business days.
• In-Stock Loose Stones: Usually ships within 1 business day.
• Custom-Cut Loose Stones: Approximately 5 business days.
• Ring Resizing: Please allow approximately 3 additional business days.
• Custom Jewelry: Production time varies depending on the design and will be confirmed before production begins.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare or create your order before shipment and does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Orders under $100: Standard Shipping USD 10; Expedited Shipping USD 36.
• Orders from $100 to $199: Free Standard Shipping.
• Orders of $200 or more: Free Expedited Shipping.
• Standard Shipping: Estimated 10–30 days in transit.
• Expedited Shipping: Estimated 3–7 days in transit.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, and local carrier conditions.

Please note that all shipments require an adult signature at the delivery destination.

What currency do you use?

Product prices may be displayed in your selected currency. Final charges and available currencies are shown at checkout.

How can I track my international order?

Once your order has shipped, you can track it using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box?

We don't ship to PO Boxes.

Duties and Taxes

Are taxes and duties included in my order total?

International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not controlled by Craft Jeweler.

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or cannot be delivered because required duties or taxes are not paid, any resulting return shipping, customs charges, handling fees, or other costs may be deducted from any eligible refund. Orders that cannot be returned to us may not be eligible for a refund.

How are duties and taxes calculated?

Duties, taxes, and customs fees vary by destination and may be calculated based on factors such as the product category, declared value, country of origin, and local import regulations.

These charges are determined by the customs or tax authorities in the destination country. Craft Jeweler does not control or determine these charges. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for more information before placing an international order.
