Worldwide Shipping

Committed to timely delivery of your order. However, delays in delivery due to adverse weather conditions, carrier delays or address errors are beyond our control. Our estimated delivery time does not include the time it takes for international orders to be released by local customs.

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation.

Delivery time

Shipping times may vary, but most orders ship within 2 weeks of purchase, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate that you will receive your order within 5-10 business days of the ship date.  

• All loose gemstones orders usually ship within 1 to 5 days after the order date.
• All custom items usually ship within 2 to 3 weeks of the order date.
  

Please note that all shipments require an adult signature at the delivery destination.

How can I track my international order?

You can track your order by clicking on the link in the order confirmation email. 

Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box?

We donot ship to PO Boxes.

Duties and Taxes

Are taxes and duties included in my order total?

Craft Jeweler products prices are Ex Works prices. That means you may need to pay the customs fees and tax. Please check with your local postmaster regarding arrival customs fees & tax.

If the package is abandoned, destroyed or auctioned by the local customs due to the buyer’s refusal to pay the customs duties/taxes OR the buyer’s failure to pay the customs duties/taxes, resulting in the inability to complete the delivery, the buyer shall be responsible for all the consequences. Craft Jeweler does not provide return/exchange/refund services in such cases.
