When Will My Order Ship?
All of our gold jewelry is made to order, aside from ready-to-ship items. Once your order is processed, crafting takes about 10-15 business days. After completion, your order ships via Expedited Shipping FedEx/DHL/UPS within 5-7 business days (depending on destination).
Ready-to-Ship Items ship within 1-2 business days. Rings requiring resizing will need an additional 3 business days for processing. For Standard Shipping, expect delivery in 10-30 business days via Meest/EMS/USPS/DPD/PostNL/Hermes. Expedited Shipping options (FedEx/DHL/UPS) are also available for faster delivery.
Stock loose stones ship the same day. Custom cutting stones ship within 5 business days.

Yes. Craft Jeweler ships worldwide to most countries and regions. We offer reliable international delivery with tracking, and available shipping methods and delivery times may vary by destination.
Can I Return or Exchange My Item?

- 30-Day Return/Refund Window:
You can return or exchange your item within 30 days of receiving it, provided it’s in its original condition. We will gladly accept returns or exchanges if the product is defective or if it doesn’t meet your expectations.
- Non-Returnable After 30 Days:
Please note that after 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
- Cancellation Before Shipment:
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before it has been processed and shipped. Please be aware that a 10% cancellation fee will apply to cover restocking and payment processing fees.
- Return Shipping Cost:
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is returned safely. Craft Jeweler is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
- Custom Orders:
