Do You Ship Worldwide?

When Will My Order Be Shipped?
Processing time depends on the type of product ordered. Ready-to-ship pieces are generally dispatched sooner, while made-to-order and custom jewelry require additional production time. Please refer to the individual product page for the estimated processing time.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information so you can follow its delivery progress.
Can I Change My Shipping Address After Placing an Order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the delivery address. Once an order has been dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

Does Craft Jeweler Offer a Warranty?
Yes. Craft Jeweler provides a 1-year craftsmanship warranty covering eligible manufacturing defects. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, loss, and unauthorized repairs are not considered manufacturing defects.
Can My Ring Be Resized?
Many ring designs can be resized, although availability depends on the setting, design, and amount of adjustment required. Please contact us with your order details so we can confirm whether your ring can be resized.

Are Your Diamonds Lab Grown?
Yes. Craft Jeweler specializes in lab-grown diamonds. Lab-grown diamonds have the same chemical, physical, and optical properties as mined diamonds and are real diamonds created in a controlled laboratory environment.
What Lab-Grown Gemstones Do You Offer?
We offer a selection of lab-grown gemstones including ruby, sapphire, emerald, Alexandrite, and other varieties. Availability varies by gemstone, shape, size, and color.
Are Your Lab-Grown Diamonds Certified?
Selected lab-grown diamonds are available with independent grading reports, including IGI certification. Certification details are shown on applicable product pages.

Yes. Depending on the design, you can select from available diamonds and gemstones or contact us for help finding a stone that meets your preferred shape, size, color, and budget.

How Does the Custom Jewelry Process Work?
Our custom process typically begins with your design request, followed by design consultation and CAD development. After you approve the final design, your piece moves into production, finishing, quality inspection, and shipping.
