Lifetime Aftercare

Beyond the first year, Craft Jeweler offers lifetime aftercare services to help you maintain your jewelry over time. Depending on the service required, aftercare may be complimentary or available for a service fee. Our team will assess the jewelry and advise you before any paid service is performed.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches and gradual changes to the finish.
  
• Accidental damage, impact, improper use, or damage caused by improper care.
  
• Loss, theft, or loss of stones resulting from accidental damage or wear.
  
• Damage resulting from repairs, resizing, modification, or other work performed by an unauthorized third party.
  
• Natural changes associated with regular wear, such as platinum patina or gradual rhodium-plating wear.
