Making a purchase at Craft Jeweler is easy:

1. Browse our collections and select the items you’d like to purchase.

2. Choose your specifications (e.g., gemstone type, size, shape, metal, etc.) where applicable.

3. Once you're ready, click "Add to Cart" and proceed to checkout.

4. Review your order details and enter your shipping and payment details.

5. After confirming your order, we will begin processing your order, and you’ll receive an email with order details and tracking information once your items ship.

Once you’ve completed your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email with all the details of your order. This email confirms that we’ve received and processed your order. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

You can also track the status of your order by logging into your account or using the tracking number provided when your order ships.

Orders under USD 100:
Standard Shipping cost: USD 10
Expedited Shipping cost: USD 35


Orders between USD 100 - USD 200:

For security reasons, some countries (including Brazil, Mexico, Colombia etc.) are eligible for Expedited Shipping only.

All of our gold jewelry is handcrafted to order, aside from ready-to-ship items. Once your order is processed, crafting takes 10-15 business days. After completion, your order ships via FedEx/DHL/UPS within 5-7 days (depending on destination).

Ready-to-Ship Items ship within 1-2 business days. Rings requiring resizing will need an additional 3 business days for processing. For standard shipping, expect delivery in 10-20 days via Meest/EMS/USPS/DPD/PostNL/Hermes. Expedited shipping options (FedEx/DHL/UPS) are also available for faster delivery.

Stock loose stones ship the same day. Custom-cut stones ship within 5 business days.
